Local investment projects sought to present to global investors

4 October 2023

The new Oxford to Cambridge pan-Regional Partnership is seeking to identity the most impactful and innovative investment opportunities to profile to global audiences. The Projects could be included in the region’s first Investment Atlas and prospectus being created for government, trade and investment teams and local partners to use to attract FDI into the region and UK.

A diverse range of opportunities are being sought, ranging from the development and commercialisation of new technologies and services to landscape-scale environmental improvements, to capital investment in real estate.

Until 16 October, Projects can be submitted through the Expression of Interest proforma. The proforma and EoI guidance can be found on the Partnership’s webpage: https://www.oxford-cambridge-partnership.info/invest

Organisations eligible to submit include:
• international companies based overseas seeking to come to the UK
• academic institutions
• Local Authorities and local government institutions
• Innovative companies already based in the region or companies in the UK seeking an Oxford to Cambridge region presence
• Scientific advisory bodies/institutions
• Land owners
• Developers

Projects will be independently reviewed by consultancy, ekosgen before a short list is proposed to the Partnership to progress to next phase.
