Steve has worked in the banking industry for 35 years mainly in client relationship management roles in Commercial and Corporate Banking dealing with lending and other services required by the Banks’s clients. He has also undertaken area and regional director roles with a strategic emphasis.

Over the years Steve has also undertaken non-executive director roles supporting SME’s mainly in financial matters, M&A work and turnaround assignments. He has also previously served the community with board roles on an old Business Link, a TEC, served on the board of a large housing association (RSL) including chairing one of the subsidiaries, served as a local authority councillor dealing with housing, environmental health, transport and planning.

Steve has lived in Milton Keynes with his wife, Fiona, since 1994.
