Stephen founded Eighty20 Group in 2007 to help growing businesses in the South-East Midlands to be more effective at managing relationships with customers and strategic partners. Eighty20 Group services include consultancy and relationship groups. If he can't help, then Stephen is happy to suggest service providers from his extensive network of accountants, banks, insurers, lawyers, marketing, pensions, property, technology, telecoms, etc. 

Stephen’s early career was spent working with many great businesses to help increase results by developing and implementing change management strategies. Having worked with businesses from a wide range of sectors including Agriculture, Automotive, Banking, Construction, Engineering, Financial Services, Insurance, Information Technology, Manufacturing, Outsourcing, Medical, Not-for-profit, Professional Services, Property, Recruitment, Recycling, Retail, Science, Technology, Telecommunications, and Utilities, there is not much he hasn't seen.

As a science and engineering graduate one of his highlights was working with NASA and one of his favourite sayings is "Life shouldn’t be rocket science".
