Nick Kay

Development Director, St. Modwen

Nick is one of the longest serving members of the growing St.Modwen Industrial and Logistics team, having joined the business in 1997. He has a wealth of experience in the industrial and logistics sector promoting land through the planning system and delivering the subsequent development.

Nick works hard to build a strong rapport with landowners to secure strategic land opportunities in the South East and East Midlands. He listens carefully to what they say and uses all his experience to devise Development Agreement structures that recognise their priorities. He recognises that relationships are for the long term and seeks at all times to adopt a warm and friendly approach. He leads a team of skilled in house and external professionals to optimise the opportunity.

Nick is very keen to support SEMLEP in its lobbying role for the sector with National Government. He also sees the opportunity to network in order to help St.Modwen  build its presence in this very important region for the Logistics industry.
