Linda spent much of her early career in the Printing industry working at DuPont and Fujifilm, identifying product and market opportunities and securing investment for business growth. She was responsible for the introduction of many of Fujifilm’s graphic arts products worldwide having prepared multi-million-pound business cases. As Sales and Marketing Director she focused on developing their global presence.
At DRS and NHBC, she used her expertise to explore new investment opportunities across a wide range of markets, including education, elections and insurance – developing hardware, software and service solutions. Throughout her career, Linda has led multiple teams from Sales and Marketing to Product and Operations, demonstrating her leadership skills and attention to individual and team growth.
As Director of UPMS, her focus is now on helping businesses grow through product and market investment, management skills and expertise. She is passionate about ensuring Boards have the right information to make informed decisions, with the correct governance and risk assessment. Having a skilled and motivated management team to do that is essential in optimising success and delivering results.
