Ian is a Chartered Surveyor and has over 30 years’ experience in the property development and investment sector. He joined Hampton Brook in 2003 from Willowbrite, a property investment and trading specialist. He has delivered a number of high profile schemes including the development of offices, warehouses and complex bespoke buildings for occupiers.

Ian’s role includes responsibility for securing strategic development sites, working with occupiers on a build to suit basis throughout the region and working closely with joint venture and funding partners. Ian is Board member of the Central Milton Keynes BID, an Ambassador for SEMLEP and is a Trustee of the Milton Keynes Parks Trust.
