Energy

We have the ability to power up sustainable growth within the South East Midlands. The science is clear; we need to halve greenhouse gas emissions by 2030 and achieve net-zero emissions by 2050 or risk facing serious consequences.

Continuing the momentum from COP26, the Government wants to make it as easy as possible for businesses to do their part. The government is asking businesses to make a commitment, and pledge to half their carbon emissions by 2030, and to reach net-zero by 2050.

To help, we've outlined local and national support to enable your business to improve productivity and sustainability in tandem. If you're aware of any other energy opportunities, please email Arthur.LeGeyt@semlep.com with more information.
